Was a good night for it, but got colder soon after dark. Here you can also see some of the work on neighbor Dave's house, where the inside is gutted and now a new re-pitched roof. Lots of happenings around here, not sure how much I want to talk about it yet, though. Real life needs doing, not writing.

That new bit on your neighbour's house is quite bulky! Hope it doesn't block too much of your light.
When the house next to us down south was demolished and rebuilt after the old man who had lived there all his life was forcibly put into a care home by his 'family' (he never married and had only greedy nieces and nephews who couldn't be bothered with him) it was a hard thing to watch.
Hope things are OK.
